Loved our 2 nights stay. Our single room included a sofa bed, an iron, and a work desk. The staff were amicable, marvellous location in the middle of the city. Also, such main attraction as Zamzam Well was 3 km from this hotel.

The location is incredible and perfect, just a minute walk from the city center. the suite is impressive and comfy. I have not had such a comfortable bed at any other accommodation. Every staff member is helpful and strives to meet your needs.

The vibe here was pretty chill. It's great that this place is so close to the old quarter and lots of yummy restaurants 🍲. Checking out the Hoan Kiem district is a must-do for sure!

We loved the location of this hotel, it was very convenient and yet quiet. The staff was accommodating despite the language barrier, and our room had a lovely balcony. We appreciated the cleanliness and attentive room service.

Location was central and convenient, close to the main attractions and shops. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. It was also easy to pay with a card, which was a plus.
The bathroom had not been well-maintained, and there were spiderwebs and dust. we only received a limited number of towels, which made our stay uncomfortable.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the old quarter and next to the highway. We were able to pay by card with a minor additional cost and the room was equipped with a spacious balcony.
The room was starting to look old and it wasn't quite like it appeared in the pictures. We booked a room for three people but only received two towels.
